Phuket - First day, Lunch + walk walk

After take bath and have a short rest, we go out to find some food for lunch. At phuket, you can found that everyone is waiting the chance to serve you.

Every street you pass by, you sure can hear something like
1. Massage!! Massage!! leng chai come massage.
2. Taxi , taxi, I give you cheap cheap!!!
3. Boss, want eating? I give you best price!!!

However i do learn some thai language

So we decide to choose a stall that is less bothers.
The shop is call AON Friendly Lot 42. The staff is nice , friendly and can speak english. So this make us feel easy to communicate

The tom yam is different with Malaysia, Tom Yam is supposed to have the balance tastes of sweet, sour, salty and hot. The tomyam come with some kaffir lime leaves,lemon grass
, PORK, sotong,and mussle.

(Soup and sweet prawn, Pineapple rice, i like the pineapple rice, damm sweet)

(Lemon fish, very fresh and the source is nice!!)

The lunch cost us 770Baht. I think is quite cheap if compare with KL.
Overall the food is very nice and i think this is the most valueable and best food we try at phuket. Because the rest of the day, the food is not that plentiful.


After eating , we go to the beach and have a walk


48 batt for a large size beer !!!
Then we go back hotel and had a rest.
Doremon in thai language, unfortunately, i really dont understand. But the sound by the cartoon is cute :D


By pass those travel agency shop, we have buy some package trip for the follwing day in phuket


1.Phi phi Island+ Maya Bay+ Khai Nui Island
( Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling) = 1200 thai batt ( Normal price 1400, Peak season 2800 thai Batt)


2.Andaman Safari include Elephant Ride,Jungle walk,Bang Pae Waterfall, Canoe, view porint at Kata Noi Beach and visit templer Wat Chalong= 1500 thai batt


3. Phuket Fantasea Show - 1300 thai Batt.

Always remember to bargain with the person, they always put higher price. But better to bargain with the person who can speak simple english. Else they will give a calculator to you and ask you give the best price @.@

Phuket - First day , Hotel

I start my journey on 19/10/2007 , 8am. We took KTM to KL sentral and go with skybus by air asia, it only cost me RM9 per trip. It takes an hour to arrive to LCCT terminal.. After complete check in,we go to McD have breakfast.


12.45 pm , our flight arrived !!!! But we have to walk by ourself. The flight took around 1 hour +, we reach Phuket around 1pm. Because malaysia timezone is faster than Thailand with 1 hour difference. So that mean , we "untung" 1 hour. haha, But we need to return the bonus 1 hour to thailand when we back to malaysia. We decided to take a taxi, 600Thai batt to our hotel at Patong beach. You can see all the taxi are using Toyota, or Honda, the taxi we took is toyota altis ( previous model).

An hour again, we reach our hotel. White Sand Resortel, the outlook seem very old, but inside is very modern and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly.
Here come our Deluxe room. We are very lucky, because we our room is finish renovate and it look big and new. So it is look different from website.There is a living room and sofa. The toilet is clean and provide with toothbush, toothgel, tower,comb etc.



My friends request to have single bed. So they move their room to old style deluxe room. So this is the room show at their website. Unfortunaty, the room is smaller and dont have living room.

The swimming pool is allocate at the top of hotel,

Phuket trip... count down 3 days

Phuket !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Going to fly to phuket this friday 12.45pm by air asia...I will stay for 5 days 4 night.
This few month, quite busy with project and work like a cow. Hopefully tomorrow my project can successfully end. And prepare my mood for holiday.


So after read some review and research, based on our budget and need, I has make a hotel booking at WHITE SAND RESORTEL. The White Sand Resortel is located conveniently located close to the centre of Patong, less than 2 minutes walk to Patong beach and around 5 minutes walk to the nightlife centre of Bangla road. Drive time from Phuket International Airportis roughly 40 mins.

It cost me 950 Thai batt per night, so is around RM 96.

Today just go to mid valley for money changing, and i found the price is cheaper compare with sungai wang. The Shop call MV Forex. 100 thai bath for RM10.12.

(I will be more happy, if this is RM :P )

And i brought a backpack for my trip, to store shirt, underwear, shoes, food, drink, present, and bikini(kidding).


The things i plan to do at Phuket

1. Go to the beach and look for bikini girl or Nude girls :D ....hahaa

2. SeaCanoe/kayak -best means of exploring these highly sensitive environments. You get close up to geological formations;fauna and flora yet still enjoy the peaceful ambience that has always existed in nature

3. Elephant treking- Sitting on the elephant :D

4. Fantasea Show -the theatrical show employes elaborate sets, gorgeous costumes, and plenty of special effects to bring Thailand’s rich heritage and regional charms to life. But the fun doesn’t end there. 5.Bungy Jump Phuket - Why? Because i want to be 笨猪.



Still looking for more information on the trip, i wish i can enjoy and fully ultimate use the 5 days in phuket.

Night at 7atenin9

7atenine9 sound like 789, it locate at the Ascott Kuala Lumpur. It is in front of Mandarin hotel. After i take my meal at klcc , and i straight forward to 789. By the way, quite disappointed because of lack of people( i am refer to girl , hot chic) inside the pub. Maybe cause of weekdays. ahhg...should blame on the person who date us on the wrong timing.

There was a second floor, but emily say that it only for ppl for dinning. I think most of the sit is sofa on 2nd floor.


The interior design of 789, nice, comfortable. And a live band playing with jazz. Honestly i know nothing about jazz, but they do play well.

Well, due to Miss angel have a headache. And we decide to leave early. Come on, it havent reach 12am yet, and the night still young, how dare you broken my night at this fantastic city. Nvm, maybe just wait for the other time, hopefully not a weekdays again. :D

Home Town Steamboat, cheese fondue

Yesterday, i went to the shop "Hometown steamboat" and try the cheese fondue. Well, the cheese fondue is out of my expectation, just a simply claypot and put in some cheese then let it boil.I select chicken and fish meat for cheese fondue, + chicken wing .Honestly, the size of the meat is small.
Boiling...yum yumTaste is nice ! but the cheese is too litter.
The size for the fondue is small only. And the waiter say the fondue actually is suitable for appetizer. There is other steamboat like porridge, soup and tomyam.
So, i just spend RM30 for cheese fondue + 2 pair of chicken wings and drink:D

It is opposite of Public bank, and same rows with kenny roger :D
